These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Kassu. They explain the relationship between our service and your account, and they describe rights and responsibilities for both you and us. By registering and using the platform you agree to follow these terms and any additional conditions that apply to specific products or promotions.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date. Only one account is permitted per person, household, payment method, or device unless otherwise agreed in writing. Keep your password and login information secure and do not share access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts where we suspect fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or breach of these terms.
Eligibility requirements
To use Kassu you must meet the age and residency criteria shown during registration. You must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory, normally 18 or older. Residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register. We may require proof of identity, age, and address before granting full account access or processing withdrawals.
Acceptable platform use
Use the platform for lawful and personal gaming only. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, multi-accounting, automated play, exploiting software or promotions, and any activity intended to manipulate outcomes. Attempting to bypass geographic restrictions or interfering with the site or services is not allowed. We reserve the right to take action, including withholding funds and closing accounts, where misuse is identified.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that appear with each offer. Bonus funds and free spins carry conditions such as wagering contributions, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry windows. Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible player or household unless expressly stated. Abuse of promotions may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings and may lead to account suspension.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept a range of payment methods suited to Canadian players, including Interac, Visa, ecoPayz, MuchBetter, and prepaid options. Minimum deposit amounts are shown at the cashier and typically start from CA$10. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and may require ID and payment documentation. Withdrawals will be processed after verification and may take up to 24-72 hours to authorise, with additional time for the payment provider to complete the transfer. Large wins may be paid in instalments and limits may apply.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint please contact customer support with full details and any supporting documents. We will investigate and aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where we cannot reach agreement we will explain further options, including escalation to independent third-party dispute mechanisms where available for your account.
Updates to terms and conditions

Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept changes you should stop using our services and close your account.
